The role of the Architect is to create, develop, & oversee the Architectural work for Payne & Tompkins. The Architect is a client-facing position that creates inspirational and exciting designs to help a client create a space that is functional and beautiful, yet effectively accomplishes the clients project priorities.  They create complete construction documents to ensure projects follow legal specifications and company procedures.

The Executive Assistant is the glue to key leadership team members’ that keeps the business running smoothly.  The role will be primary responsible for acting as an Executive Assistant to key Leadership team members, including but not limited to calendar management, email support, and ad hoc projects. In addition to those responsibilities, this person will also provide support to the 
admin team.
